Industrial 3D Printers

Our industrial 3D Printers can be used to fabricate jigs and fixtures, machine parts, prototypes as well as low volumes of custom unique parts – saving you a lot of time and money in the long run. These systems have been used for decades by automotive manufacturers, aerospace and defense sectors, as well as manufacturing companies to produce light weight, engineering grade polymers capable of replacing metal parts.

The FDM Printers in this category have a large build volume for printing big parts or multiple small parts, a heated chamber to reduce warping and shrinkage, and a high extrusion temperature capable of printing polymers like PEEK or ULTEM, composite fibre filaments, as well as metal based filaments like 17-4 PH Stainless Steel

Our SLS printers can be used to create engineering grade parts with excellent mechanical properties and surface finish incredibly fast. These printers use powder as their medium and high powered lasers for fusion. They are more expensive to operate, and have a longer workflow than FDM or Resin Printing, however the part quality is incomparable.

3D Scanners

3D Scanners offer different capabilities and come at different budgets – depending on what you want to do with it. Whether you’re looking for an industrial machine with easy to use software and workflows for reverse engineering and quality control, or a powerful 3D scanner that uses LiDAR to capture construction sites for as-built modeling, you’ll find a 3D scanner in this list to fit your needs and budget.

Automotive, Manufacturing and Reverse Engineering

In the automotive and manufacturing industry, 3D scanners serve as indispensable tools for reverse engineering processes. These sophisticated devices meticulously capture highly accurate three-dimensional data of existing physical objects, such as automotive parts or complex machinery. By doing so, they enable engineers and designers to recreate and analyze intricate components, even without original design blueprints. This capability is invaluable for tasks like product improvement, replication, or modification, as it accelerates innovation and reduces the time and costs associated with traditional manual measurement methods. Moreover, 3D scanners in reverse engineering facilitate the seamless integration of legacy components into modern manufacturing processes, ensuring compatibility and optimization of existing systems while enhancing the overall efficiency and competitiveness of the automotive and manufacturing sectors.

Dental Intraoral Scanners

Intraoral scanners are cutting-edge dental tools designed to capture highly detailed 3D images of a patient’s oral cavity, including teeth, gums, and surrounding tissues. Dentists use these scanners for various purposes, such as creating digital impressions for crowns, bridges, and orthodontic treatments, as well as monitoring the progress of oral conditions. In addition to improving patient comfort by eliminating the need for traditional, often uncomfortable impression materials, intraoral scanners significantly enhance efficiency in dental practices. They save valuable time for both dentists and patients by providing instant, accurate digital impressions that can be quickly shared with dental laboratories for the fabrication of prosthetics, thus reducing material waste and ensuring a more streamlined and precise dental workflow.
